ABSTRACT:
Workforce Diversity is one of the major reflections of changing trend and marketplace in the world. A diverse workforce is said to have an impact on employee performance and to find out the same, this research has been carried out to study the workforce diversity and its impact on employee performance in Bengaluru IT companies. Bengaluru is one of the globally competing cities in IT industry, it always tries to recruit the people who are highly skilled and talented. This research focuses on Age Diversity, Gender Diversity, Organizational Tenure Diversity, Cultural Diversity and all these factors are measured with employee performance.
