The expression "corporate social responsibility" wound up prominent during the 1960s and has remained a term utilized aimlessly by numerous individuals to cover lawful and moral duty all the more barely understood. Actually, CSR alludes to a business practice that includes taking an interest in activities that advantage society. However, presently a days, CSR is an exceptionally misjudged and confounded term in India. Some Indian corporate organizations trust that just agreeing to laws and directions satisfies their requirement for social obligation. A dependable corporate perceives that its exercises have more extensive effect on the general public in which it works. In this manner, it assesses the monetary, social, natural and human rights effect of its exercises on every one of the partners.
