ABSTRACT:
Work and life balance issues is one of the most interesting topics each organisation is concerned with. This word owes its origin late back in the 18th century. This popular notion of work / life balance has taken a centre stage in India lately. The work /life balance issue is a common phenomenon experienced by every individual as an employee or an employer. Thus his topic requires our focus in greater decree as this will help in improving the efficiency of the individual at his work place. This paper will highlight work and life balance issue among the school teachers. The popular notion that these bulk of professionals exhibit the minimal problem pertaining to the work and life balance issue is being contradicted in this paper.
