ABSTRACT:
This article aims to investigate the impact of the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) on sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a specific focus on power plants. Power plants exert significant ecological and community influence as pivotal elements of the energy sector. They face emissions control, waste management, and resource conservation challenges.
