ABSTRACT:
Job satisfaction gives information about how well an employee is performing his work. Job satisfaction influenced by various factors such as pay, package, incentives and rewards; and career opportunities, and training etc a satisfied employee perform his role very efficiently towards the aim of the organization. IT industry is an industry which is required proficient knowledge of employees in such industry employee satisfaction is very important. If the organization is not in a position to meet requirements of the employee it may lose its employees hence Information technology organizations should concentrate on employee’s satisfaction to retain their employees for a long time in their organization to achieve competitive advantage. The aim of this study is to know the satisfaction level of the employees and what type of benefits influencing their satisfaction and is there any association between variables of job satisfaction and job performance.
